Keynote Speaker: Michelle Carr, with over 26 years of expertise in regulatory oversight and industry relations, leads the BC Energy Regulator as its strategic and operational head. Her impactful career includes pivotal roles in managing the $40 billion LNG Canada facility and Coastal GasLink natural gas pipeline, alongside spearheading significant initiatives in liquor, cannabis regulation, and environmental assessments.
